  • Map Expired in CarryMap App Reader

    If your map suddenly says “Map Expired,” it is outdated and you must download a new map. Why does this happen? Multiple times a year the maps are updated for property boundaries & current habitat information to keep your maps as accurate as possible.

    What to do? Go www.mobilehuntingmaps.com login into your account to download your new map.

    If there are no maps to download then your subscription expired and you must buy a subscription.

    Note: The CarryMap App Reader only Reads the Maps. They do not make the maps. Any support questions should be directed to Scout-N-Hunt

  • Have You Downloaded the CarryMap App?

    Install the CarryMap app for all devices. (Note this App only Reads the Maps. They do not make the maps. Any support questions should be directed to Scout-N-Hunt)
    1. Good internet service
    2. Download the CarryMap app to your device. Dependent on your device, click on the button below to access the app.

    Android Devices Go to your app store on your phone. Requires: Android 7.0 or later (Google Pixels, Nexus, HTC, Samsung, OnePlus, Moto, LG, etc.)

    iPhone or iPad Go to your app store on your iPhone. Requires iOS 10.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPad.  We do not recommend an iPhone 6 or older.

    Windows Computers System requirements: Operation system: Microsoft Windows 8/10. Requisite software: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2+, 64 bit operating system

  • Do you have high speed internet?

    The files are very large and need good internet for downloading. Do not use a cell signal or cell WiFi hotspot. Download will be extremely slow and subject to disruption. Disruption can void the download. Note: Once installed maps can be read without WIFI or cell service

  • Is the operating system on your device up to date?

    Make sure you have updated your device’s operating system to the most current version. The app may not function properly on outdated systems.

  • Is your device timing itself out?

    In order to save power the display of your device will go dark (time out) if the device has not been used in a certain length of time. If your map has not completed download during this time, your download will stop.

    To adjust the timeout of the display search for your specific device. Here are examples of questions to ask:

  • Is your device out of memory or storage space?

    These files are very large if your device is out of storage, the download will stop. Please delete other apps, files or images to make room on your device

  • Are you using an Apple computer or laptop?

    The app is not compatible with an Apple computer or laptop, but is compatible with an iPhone or iPad with iOS version 10.0 or higher.

  • Does your device run the necessary software or operating systems?

    Requires: Android 7.0 or later (Google Pixels, Nexus, HTC, Samsung, OnePlus, Moto, LG, etc.)

  • I forgot my password

    Go to Account. Enter your email address. Click Forgot Password? and follow the steps.

  • How do I change my email address?

    Login to Account. Under Account Details, Click Edit Details. Then enter your new email and click the Update Details button.

  • How to cancel my subscription so it will not auto renew?

    Login to Account Then under Subscription, click the cancel my subscription button. Note this cancels your subscription from auto renewing on your annual renew date. You will still have access to your current subscription until your renewal date.

  • How do I update my credit card or add a new credit card payment?

    Login to Account Under Subscription, Click the update my payment button and follow the steps to enter your new payment details.

  • My Map(s) are no longer opening or available

    There are different reasons your map may no longer be available.

    1. Your subscription is not longer active. Log into Account.
    View the Subscription area to see if you have do not have an active Subscription for the map you are trying to view. You must purchase a Subscription. It may not have automatically renewed if your payment method failed.

    2. If your Subscription is active but your maps have expired then Log into Account and download the current map. You will find the map passwords next to the download files. Please delete all expired maps from the map listing in the CarryMap App

    3. If your map in the CarryMap App says it is expired…Maps were updated on June 6th. You will need to download the new maps from Account. Please delete all expired maps from the map listing in the CarryMap App
