Have You Downloaded the CarryMap App?

Install the CarryMap app for all devices
1. Good internet service
2. Download the CarryMap app to your device. Dependent on your device, click on the button below to access the app.

Android Devices Go to your app store on your phone. Requires: Android 7.0 or later (Google Pixels, Nexus, HTC, Samsung, OnePlus, Moto, LG, etc.)

iPhone or iPad Go to your app store on your iPhone. Requires iOS 10.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPad.  We do not recommend an iPhone 6 or older.

Windows Computers System requirements: Operation system: Microsoft Windows 8/10. Requisite software: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2+, 64 bit operating system

Do you have high speed internet?

The files are very large and need good internet for downloading. Do not use a cell signal or cell WiFi hotspot. Download will be extremely slow and subject to disruption. Disruption can void the download. Note: Once installed maps can be read without WIFI or cell service

Is the operating system on your device up to date?

Make sure you have updated your device’s operating system to the most current version. The app may not function properly on outdated systems.

Is your device timing itself out?

In order to save power the display of your device will go dark (time out) if the device has not been used in a certain length of time. If your map has not completed download during this time, your download will stop.

To adjust the timeout of the display search for your specific device. Here are examples of questions to ask:

Is your device out of memory or storage space?

These files are very large if your device is out of storage, the download will stop. You may even be able to download one map on your device and a second may will not download. Your device maybe out of storage space to add the second map. Please delete other apps, files or images to make room on your device.

Are you using an Apple computer or laptop?

The CarryMap app is not compatible with an Apple computer or laptop, but is compatible with an iPhone or iPad with iOS version 10.0 or higher.

Does your device run the necessary software or operating systems?

How do I review my payment method on file?

1. Log into My Account.

2. Select Payment Methods tab.

3. Review your listed Payment Methods.

How do I update my payment method or add a new credit card payment?

To change from PayPal to credit card, update credit card or add credit card, follow these steps.
Note this will update your payment method for ALL OF your active subscriptions.

1. Log into My Account.

2. Select Payment Methods tab.
3. Then Click Add Payment Method Button

4. Select the credit card circle
5. Enter your Credit card number, expiration & CVC code
6. Select Update the Payment Method for all my active subscriptions
7. Click orange Add payment method Button

8. Verify Payment method successfully added.

How do I update my payment method or add a new credit card to use multiple payment forms?

To change payment methods for each subscription so you can apply different payment forms to each subscription, follow these steps.

1. Log into My Account.

2. Select Subscriptions tab

3. Click View button on right of active subscription

4. That subscription will pop open. Then click on Change Payment button.

5. You will be redirected to the Checkout. Note this will not make a new purchase today. It will change the payment method for the next subscription renewal.

6. Next select credit card.

7. Enter your credit card number, expiration & CVC code

8. Finally click on the Change payment method button

8. Repeat the steps for each active subscription if necessary.

How to recover a lost password?

1. Log into My Account.

3. Enter your user name or email. Then select Reset password.

4. Check your email for the password reset email.

How to reset your password?

1. Log into My Account.

2. Select Account details

3. Enter your current password, your new password, confirm new password. Then click Save changes.

 

I forgot my user name.

Please contact us with your name and email address. In messages, write I lost your username and we will email it to you.

How do I change my email address?

1. Log into My Account.

3. Enter a new email address. Then click Save changes.
