1. Log into My Account.

2. Select Payment Methods tab.

3. Review your listed Payment Methods.
To change from PayPal to credit card, update credit card or add credit card, follow these steps.
Note this will update your payment method for ALL OF your active subscriptions.
1. Log into My Account.
2. Select Payment Methods tab.
3. Then Click Add Payment Method Button
4. Select the credit card circle
5. Enter your Credit card number, expiration & CVC code
6. Select Update the Payment Method for all my active subscriptions
7. Click orange Add payment method Button

8. Verify Payment method successfully added.

To change payment methods for each subscription so you can apply different payment forms to each subscription, follow these steps.
1. Log into My Account.

2. Select Subscriptions tab
3. Click View button on right of active subscription

4. That subscription will pop open. Then click on Change Payment button.

5. You will be redirected to the Checkout. Note this will not make a new purchase today. It will change the payment method for the next subscription renewal.
6. Next select credit card.

7. Enter your credit card number, expiration & CVC code
8. Finally click on the Change payment method button

8. Repeat the steps for each active subscription if necessary.
To cancel a subscription, follow these steps.
1. Log into My Account.
2. Select Subscriptions tab
3. Click View button on right of active subscription

4. That subscription will pop open. Then click on the Cancel button.

5. Your subscription has been cancelled message appears.

To reactivate a subscription, follow these steps.
1. Log into My Account.

2. Select Subscriptions tab
3. Click View button to the right of cancelled subscription

4. That subscription will pop open. Then click on the Reactivate button.

5. Your subscription has been reactivated

1. Log into My Account.

2. Select Lost your password?

3. Enter your user name or email. Then select Reset password.

4. Check your email for the password reset email.

2. Select Account details

3. Enter your current password, your new password, confirm new password. Then click Save changes.
